Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Order to Cash Ops Associate for a hybrid setup in Quezon City. You will execute and manage Order to Cash and Billing processes with focus on accuracy, timely invoicing, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include managing OTC, supporting service performance metrics, providing work status updates, planning and coordinating execution, and assisting in month-end close. Fresh graduates with at least 6 months experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• OTC experience or similar in order-to-cash processes.
• Minimum 6 months relevant experience.
• Familiarity with sub-processes: Sales/Order Management, Billing, Collections, Deductions, Cash Application.
• Hybrid work setup and rotation shift awareness.

Responsibilities

OVERALL PURPOSE

• Execute process Order to Cash in Cash Apps and Customer Inquiry with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality, and overall continuous process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages and execute Order to Cash, Billing
• Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports including, but not limited to, timely customer invoices in accordance with contractual billing terms
• Provide status of work in process, customers portfolio, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalated issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions.
• Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement in processes
• Support month-end close of other OTC processes
• May provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested
