Private Advertiser is seeking a DCS Operator (General / Cross-Plant) for our Production team in Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte, Philippines. The role offers cross-plant assignments based on operational needs and requires a readiness to train newcomers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred), with no mandatory experience and willingness to work rotating shifts across plants.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required (Chemical Engineering preferred).
• No work experience required; training will be provided.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Mansioni

• Operate plant process and utility equipment via DCS stations.
• Monitor CCPs and coordinate with supervisors/engineers on out-of-range parameters.
• Adjust controllers and respond to system alarms promptly.
• Coordinate with field operators and DCS team to maintain operation.
• Support continuous improvement of plant processes and procedures.
• Act quickly and safely during emergencies.
• Participate in the Food Safety Management System.

We're Hiring: DCS Operator (General / Cross-Plant)

We are looking for a DCS Operator to join our Production team in Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte — with the flexibility to be assigned across our plants as operational needs require!

What You'll Do

• Operate plant process and utility equipment through DCS universal stations

• Monitor critical control points (CCP) and coordinate with plant supervisors and process engineers on any out-of-range parameters

• Adjust controller outputs and set points, and respond swiftly to system alarms

• Coordinate with field operators, the instrumentation group, and the DCS Engineer to keep control systems running smoothly

• Support continuous improvement of plant processes and procedures

• Act quickly and safely during emergency situations

• Actively participate in our Food Safety Management System

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)

• No work experience required — willing to undergo training

• Willing to work on shifting schedules

• Open to being cross-assigned across our plants

• Male or female, in good health condition
