Bataan2020, Inc in Samal, Bataan is seeking an Assistant Control Room Operator to join our operations team. This full-time role supports the senior control room staff in monitoring critical systems and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will help maintain logs, respond to alarms, and coordinate with other departments, while gaining hands-on experience in plant operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Experience with fuel systems, water treatment, data interpretation, boiler control, and plant equipment operation preferred.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor control room systems and instrumentation for safety and performance.
• Record and maintain operational logs and data during your shift.
• Respond to alarms and follow established protocols with senior operators.
• Coordinate plant operations with other departments and teams.
• Perform routine system checks and preliminary troubleshooting under guidance.

About the role

Bataan2020, Inc is seeking an Assistant Control Room Operator to join our operations team in Samal , Bataan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining safe and efficient operations within our facility. As an Assistant Control Room Operator, you will support the senior control room team in monitoring and managing critical systems, ensuring all operations run smoothly and in compliance with safety regulations. This position is essential to the continued success of our engineering management operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor control room systems, equipment and instrumentation to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance




• Assist in recording and maintaining accurate operational logs and data throughout your shift




• Respond to alarms and alerts by following established protocols and reporting issues to senior operators




• Support the coordination of plant operations with other departments and teams




• Perform routine system checks and preliminary troubleshooting under the guidance of experienced operators




• Assist in the implementation of operational procedures and safety protocols




• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless shift handovers




• Support emergency response procedures and participate in drills as required

What we’re looking for

• Preferably Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering




• Knowledge in fuel systems operations, water treatment processes, data interpretation, equipment trouble shooting, boiler control system, plants equipment operation




• Preferably with at least 1yr Experience
