About the role:

AgriPacific Corporation is looking for a Production Operator to operate and monitor plant equipment safely and efficiently. The role focuses on maintaining smooth production operations, minimizing downtime and losses, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections to monitor equipment performance and ensure compliance with operational standards.

• Diagnose equipment issues and identify root causes of machine breakdowns and operational abnormalities.

• Perform appropriate corrective actions and repairs to minimize equipment downtime and production disruptions.

• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maintain equipment reliability and performance.

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

• Ensure proper and efficient use of plant equipment, materials, and resources to minimize production losses.

• Monitor process control points and promptly address equipment malfunctions or process deviations.

• Follow established work processes, standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and good housekeeping practices.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment at all times.

About You:

• Graduate of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related degree.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

• Experience in operating, troubleshooting, or maintaining production equipment is an advantage.

• Licensed Engineer in the relevant field is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.

• Willing to work and be based in Tanza, Cavite.
