Job summary

Watsons is seeking an Inbound Associate for our Cebu City distribution center. You will handle receiving and processing incoming stocks and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in our system.

You will verify supplier documents against deliveries, encode and submit documents for billing, secure the receiving operation, and promptly report issues to the supervisor. Collaboration with Finance for payments to vendors is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock receiving and documentation is preferred.
• Attention to detail in processing deliveries and data entry.
• Ability to communicate issues effectively to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process merchandise and nonmerchandise items accurately and within turnaround time.
• Encode accurately and submit supplier documents for billing processes on time.
• Ensure all goods are received in quantity, condition, and shelf life and secure the receiving operation.
• Escalate delivery document issues to Watsons Finance and supervisors as needed.

Our Inbound Associate for DC is responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stocks and materials

ROLE

• Ensuring the correctness of documents receivesfrom suppliers, checks actual deliveries versus reference documents and ensures that allreceived deliveries are accounted using HHT
• Receives & processes merchandise & nonmerchandise items, accurately and withinacceptable turn around time. Encodesaccurately and submits supplier’s documentsfor billing processes on time.
• Securing the receiving operation, all goodsreceived correctly in quantity, condition, andacceptable shelf life.
• Endorsing all pertinent delivery documents andlabels accurately and on time to WatsonsFinance staff for processing of payments tovendor
• Reporting timely to Supervisor on duty anyoperational issues encountered duringreceiving; highlighting causes of receiving errors
• Escalating initial findings on physical issues of inbound
