Job summary

MR DIY Philippines in Cavite seeks a detail-oriented logistics assistant to support warehouse operations. You will generate RDR and put-away forms, validate container arrivals, and encode put-away data to keep records accurate.

You will update daily activity files, ensure documents are signed, coordinate with merchandising on issues like unscheduled deliveries, pricing, barcodes, and quantities, and help maintain system updates for local and import shipments.

Responsibilities

• Generate RDR and put-away forms for all received containers.
• Validate warehouse assignment of actual containers arrived.
• Excel encoding of put-away and transfer forms.
• Update monitored files (PH overseas, Inbound daily activities, PH daily delivery plan, PH Put-away, delivery discrepancies, and put-away summary).
• Ensure that all turned over documents are signed and validated by Supervisor.
• System change location (Local & import).
• System container updating (Local & Import).
• Encoding of attendance.
• Coordinate with merchandising team on issues with unscheduled deliveries, pricing issues, barcode and quantity regarding disposition.
