Job summary

Csod is seeking an eDC Inventory Control Associate reporting to the Supervisor, eDC Inventory Control. You will monitor stock levels, process inventory adjustments, and maintain real-time, accurate records of all inventory transactions to ensure high inventory quality.

The role involves reconciling records, assisting with adjustments, and resolving day-to-day issues like stock allocation and returns processing.

Responsibilities

• Check real-time, accurate records of all inventory transactions and perform physical and system reconciliation.
• Assist in inventory adjustments to maintain high inventory quality and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day inventory operations issues such as stock allocation and returns processing.
• Check records for completeness and report discrepancies in quantity, serial numbers, defects and other irregularities.
• Collaborate with order and replenishment teams on proper storage and putaway of items.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job description

The eDC Inventory Control Associate is directly reporting to Supervisor, eDC Inventory Controland responsible to process inventory adjustments and control to make sure high inventoryquality. Monitor the status and level of stocks, maintain sufficient inventory based onconsumption, and maintain real-time, accurate, and complete records of all inventory transactions.

JOB ROLES

• Check real-time, accurate, and completerecords of all inventory transactions, andperform physical and system inventoryreconciliation
• Assist in the process inventory adjustments andcontrol to make sure high inventory qualitywhile maintaining operational compliance inaccordance with organization's customerstandard
• Assist in the resolution of day-to-day inventoryoperations issues i.e. Problematic Orders stockallocation, Return to Goods processing
• Check record completeness of all pertinentinventory documents and report anydiscrepancies in quantity, serial number,defects, and other discrepancies
• Collaborates with order and replenishment teamon proper storage and putaway of itemsreceived
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned fromtime-to-time
