GENERIKA Drugstore in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse Operations Analyst to support DC processes and inventories, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards. You will assist in day-to-day warehouse activities and monitor performance of DC personnel.
The ideal candidate has a background in warehouse operations, strong attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy and efficiency in distribution center workflows.
The Warehouse Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring DC processes and inventories concerning DC personnel are compliant with the procedures all the time. An individual of this profile also requires handling and managing investigations of damage and discrepancies inside the warehouse operations adhering to necessary safety and legal procedures of working.
Administrative in nature and requires one to contribute towards systematizing and assisting in ensuring the smooth functioning of all Distribution center processes concerning activities. Required to work under the guidance and supervision of a DC Manager and carry out all orders effectively.
Assist DC Manager and Warehouse Operations Supervisors on the day-to-day warehouse operations of all sections.
Responsible for monitoring the accuracy, efficiency, and productivity of DC personnel and other DC processes.
Ensure that the DC personnel are compliant with the standards compliance to procedures for all activities inside the DC.
Ensures that processes being done are in adherence to the capabilities of the system, requirements of the stakeholders, the competence of the personnel, the load of DC, and other prerequisites.
Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
Monitor the attendance and checks the DTR of 3 party agency personnel before billing.
Monitors personnel activities that may impact inventory and productivity.
Evaluate projects may they are minor, major, or lean that would impact the efficiency, productivity, and performance.
Maintains records of DC Personnel’s performance and processes for every project made.
Conducts regular spot and random checking of the prepared POs.
Identify, analyze, and implement improvement opportunities, collaborating with the business areas, to form strong and effective programs.
Analyze the impacts of activities, processes, or any change in personnel performance.
Responsible for investigating discrepancies as reported by store and or other transfers
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior/top management
Preferably graduate of Bachelor’s Degree or any 4 year-course equivalent
Strong knowledge of warehouse documentation
With at least 2 years of warehouse operations background
Knowledgeable in handling inventory recordings
