Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping in Cebu City is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead stock control and cycle counting activities in a fast-paced retail environment. You will audit inbound and outbound transactions, monitor RTV/OSD processes, and ensure accurate adjustment postings daily.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4–5 years in inventory or warehouse operations with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail logistics.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with cycle counting, RTV, OSD, and inventory adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Generates and reviews Negative On-Hand reports daily.
• Monitors cycle count schedules and investigates discrepancies.
• Audits inbound/outbound inventory transactions.
• Performs regular audits of RTV transactions.
• Audits and monitors petty cash per company policies.
• Monitors transfer transactions and OSD reports.
• Ensures inventory adjustments are properly processed daily.
• Conducts BINTAG audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in the work area.
• Maintains stock levels to maximize efficiency at all times.
• Records and accounts for all store-use and leftover items.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Descriptions:

• Ensures that Negative On-Hand reports are generated and reviewed on a daily basis.

• Monitors cycle count schedules and investigate inventory discrepancies.

• Conducts audits of inbound and outbound inventory transactions.

• Performs regular audits of RTV (Return to Vendor) transactions.

• Audits and monitors petty cash in accordance with company policies.

• Monitors transfer transactions and OSD (Over, Short, Damage) reports.

• Ensures that all inventory adjustments are properly processed and completed daily.

• Conducts BINTAG audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned work area.

• Ensures supplies are maintained at minimum levels while maximizing efficient usage.

• Ensures all store-use items and leftover items are properly recorded and accounted for.

• Performs other duties and tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

• At least 4 - 5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail logistics

• Prior experience in a supervisory role is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock audits, and reconciliation processes

• Experience with inventory systems, ERP, or warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Familiarity with cycle counting, RTV, OSD, and inventory adjustments

• Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions

• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory records

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment and full onsite
