Job summary

asticom technology inc. is seeking an experienced DBC Operations Support Manager to oversee disbursements, billing, and collections. You’ll drive end-to-end operational execution with strong financial controls and efficient accounting workflows using ERP systems.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily DBC activities, standardizing workflows, implementing controls, and collaborating with finance leadership to deliver clear metrics and cash-flow optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years managing billing, collections and disbursement operations.
• Proficiency with enterprise accounting platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee disbursements, billing schedules, and collections strategies.
• Standardize end-to-end DBC workflows and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement internal accounting controls to minimize risk.
• Leverage ERP systems to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, vendor management and internal audit.
