Job summary

Krayden, Inc. is seeking a Dayforce Systems Administrator (SME) to lead day-to-day Dayforce HCM configuration and support. This hybrid role covers WFM, Compensation, Payroll, and Performance modules, with ownership of configuration, testing, and production deployments.

You will serve as the internal expert, manage major Dayforce initiatives, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external resources, and drive governance, training, and go-live activities across multi-country deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in HR, IS, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Dayforce configuration across at least two modules (WFM, Compensation, Payroll or Performance).
• Experience independently managing configuration changes from requirements to deployment.
• Experience leading Dayforce implementations, module rollouts, or major system change projects.
• Strong project management fundamentals (scope, timelines, RAID, UAT, cutover, go-live).
• Ability to liaise with Dayforce Professional Services or third-party developers and document/validate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own Dayforce administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and optimize Dayforce WFM, Compensation, Payroll, and Performance configurations.
• Translate HR/business requirements into Dayforce configurations and production deployments.
• Serve as internal subject-matter expert and point of contact for Dayforce matters.
• Lead Dayforce initiatives as internal project manager with internal and external resources.
• Governance through change control, documentation, testing, release management, and monitoring.
• Hands-on Dayforce configuration and maintenance across WFM (schedules, timekeeping, accruals, pay policies).
• Manage the change request pipeline from requirements to production deployment.
• Act as project manager for new module go-lives and multi-country rollouts.
• Train HR and business users on new configurations and features.
