Job summary

VXI Global Holdings Philippines seeks a Team Leader/Operations Supervisor to drive agent performance and coaching at our Pasay MOA site. You will review daily results, analyze KPI trends, and implement targeted action plans while building strong working relationships to boost overall site performance.

This is a dayshift, on-site role with competitive rewards and benefits including HMO for you and up to three dependents, life insurance, and bi-weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO Team Leader/Operations Supervisor experience.
• Preferably with consumer electronics and tech background.
• Amenable to work on a dayshift.
• Amenable to report at VXI MOA, Pasay.

Responsibilities

• Review agent performance results daily to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Analyze and trend agent KPI/Sales performance.
• Identify performance gaps and prepare action plans for effective coaching and performance improvement.
• Monitor and assess employee calls for performance improvement plans.
• Build effective working relationships, drive accountability, and contribute to site performance.
