Job summary
Qavalo seeks an EMR Charting Specialist in the Philippines to convert written patient assessments into electronic medical records for U.S. home health agencies. You will review referral documents and other medical records to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy (PRC license a plus but not required) with at least 1 year of clinical experience. Healthcare BPO experience is a plus but not required.

This role involves accurately entering information after reviewing referral documents and other medical records. Your work will support timely and accurate patient care documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy (PRC license is a plus but not required)
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (fresh graduates and those without a professional license are welcome to apply)
- Healthcare BPO experience is a plus but not required
- Willing to work onsite (Cagayan De Oro)
