Job summary

Qavalo INC. in Cebu City is seeking an EMR Charting Specialist to convert written patient assessments into electronic medical records for U.S. home health agencies. You will review referrals and clinical notes to ensure complete, accurate documentation and support timely patient care.

The role requires a nursing or physical therapy background, with PRC license a plus, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. Fresh graduates are welcome; onsite day shift 7AM–4PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy (PRC license is a plus but not required).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City and day shift 7AM–4PM.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy (PRC license is a plus but not required)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (fresh graduates and those without a professional license are welcome to apply)
• Healthcare BPO experience is a plus but not required
• Willing to work onsite (Cebu City)
• Willing to work on a day shift (7AM - 4PM)
