Job summary

QAVALO INC. is seeking a Medical Records Specialist for a fixed night shift (9PM – 6AM) to manage, organize, and secure patient records for U.S. home health clients. The role focuses on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely information flow to clinicians.

The ideal candidate holds a allied health degree with clinical experience, has strong analytical skills, and is comfortable working onsite in IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City. BPO exposure is a plus and teamwork is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or other Allied Health courses with at least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare BPO experience with familiarity in electronic medical records and Medicare home health guidelines is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work onsite (IT Park, Lahug).

Your responsibilities include ensuring accuracy, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing essential information to healthcare professionals to support high-quality patient care.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or other Allied Health courses with at least 1 year of clinical experience (fresh graduates and those without a professional license are welcome to apply)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Healthcare BPO experience with familiarity in electronic medical records and Medicare home health guidelines is a plus
