Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client development, account management, or field sales.

• Must be living in Davao and able to commute to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Development: Build trusted relationships with HR and business stakeholders in the client portfolio.
• Growth & Upsell Strategy: Identify opportunities to introduce new products or expand benefit usage.
• Platform Adoption Monitoring: Use Salesforce data to track client health and usage; support change management for deployments.
• Renewals & Retention: Lead renewal conversations and document risks and opportunities in Salesforce.
