Rate : $2 to $2.5 per hour plus performance incentives

• Can you manage multiple tasks while speaking with members and updating records accurately?
• Can you guide members in navigating the platform and CF app?
• Can you find creative ways to handle client consultations and support requests?

About the Role

• Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, including positive phone demeanor.
• Clear Communication: Must speak and write English very well, and be able to explain internal processes clearly and professionally.
• Customer-Focused Mindset: Show empathy and professionalism during client interactions, including delays or concerns.
• Computer Skills: Use internal tools confidently, including the Admin Panel, Zoho Voice, and Google Sheets.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them quickly and effectively.
• Manage responsibilities independently and contribute to process improvements.
