Job summary

MicroSourcing International is hiring a Data Research Supervisor to build and verify B2B contact data, identify target US-focused professional services firms, and develop candidate and client pipelines. You will log details in the CRM, verify emails, and support outbound campaigns using Outlook and CRM sequences.

The role requires 1–3 years of data research experience, mastery of sourcing tools, and strong attention to data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 Years B2B Data Research Experience.
• Advanced Sourcing Tech Stack using LinkedIn Navigator, Boolean search, Google X-ray and modern CRM platforms.
• Data accuracy & verification standards with deduplication and clean records.
• US Market knowledge: city, state, ZIP and professional titles in services.

Responsibilities

• Market & Company Discovery: identify target public accounting and legal firms.
• Company & Contact Data Build-Out: logging full names, verified emails, direct lines, locations, practice areas, LinkedIn URLs.
• Lead & Candidate Generation: build pipelines via LinkedIn sourcing and CRM logging.
• CRM Data Hygiene & Verification: dedupe records and verify emails.
• Outreach Execution & Workflow Management: run campaigns using Outlook and CRM sequences.
