Job summary

1Lattice is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth for its data products and analytics solutions. You will build and scale a robust sales pipeline, acquire new clients, and expand relationships across enterprise and mid-market accounts.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in business development or sales for data/analytics products, with a proven track record of revenue growth in high-performance environments.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in business development and sales for data or analytics products.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in enterprise or mid-market accounts.
• Experience selling subscription-based data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and consultative selling.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development initiatives, including new account acquisition and growth of existing accounts for data products and solutions.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with CXOs and senior leaders across target organizations.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, networking and market mapping.
• Lead client discussions to understand business challenges and position data/analytics-led solutions.
• Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue opportunities across clients.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
• Collaborate with product, leadership, and delivery teams to align requirements with capabilities.
• Prepare compelling proposals and business cases tailored to client needs.
• Track market trends and opportunities within the data analytics ecosystem.
• Represent the organization at industry events to strengthen market presence and generate opportunities.
• Ensure achievement of revenue, pipeline, and account growth targets.
