Job summary

1Lattice is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive MedIQ growth across the Indian healthcare ecosystem. This client-facing role focuses on revenue through new client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic relationships.

You will conduct product demonstrations, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate with product, research, and delivery teams to deliver value-driven solutions across hospitals, pharma networks, and diagnostic providers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Account Management within healthcare tech or Healthcare SaaS.
• Proven experience selling HMS, EMR/EHR, HIS, or Healthcare Data & Analytics solutions.
• Strong network within Indian healthcare ecosystem with hospitals and providers.
• Experience in client presentations, product demos, and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development for MedIQ, including new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Own and deliver against revenue, pipeline, and BD targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across hospitals, healthcare chains, diagnostic networks, providers, pharma, and other stakeholders.
• Build relationships with CXOs, Hospital Admins, Medical Directors, and Digital Transformation leaders.
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate MedIQ's value proposition to clients.
• Prepare proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and commercial documents.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead gen to deal closure.
• Develop strategic account plans for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with product, research, delivery, and technology teams to design client-centric solutions.
