Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in data entry, data processing, billing, documentation, or administrative work is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Able to review and compare information from different documents.
• Able to work independently and complete tasks within set deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Encode billing invoice details into the 2026 Port Charges Database.
• Review and classify port charges based on the assigned categories.
• Break down lump-sum billing amounts into individual charges.
• Check encoded information against billing invoices and supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or unusual charges.
• Maintain accurate and complete database records.
• Provide regular updates on the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Organize and maintain supporting documents for easy reference.
• Ensure all assigned data is completed accurately, completely, and within the project timeline.
