Responsibilities

• Logs in invoices using client-provided information and formats per client requirements.
• Edits and formats scanned invoices in Microsoft Word; submits correctly formatted charges to e-billing product.
• Meets or exceeds established invoice production requirements for quality and quantity.
• Troubleshoots and suggests improvements to e-billing processes and tools.
• Monitors reporting tools and ensures compliance with contractual SLAs.
