Job summary

Carian Philippines Inc. is seeking an Inventory and Billing Clerk to maintain accurate stock records, process billing, and reconcile transactions across Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting.

The role requires data entry in Excel and ERP systems, attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 1 year of related experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year in inventory, billing, or logistics a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all products and stocks.
• Record incoming and outgoing inventory, transfers, returns, pull-outs, and adjustments.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, damages, and missing items.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Warehouse and Operations on replenishment.
• Update inventory records in Excel or the inventory system.
• Maintain documentation for Delivery Receipts, Purchase Orders, Stock Transfer Forms, and other docs.
• Prepare and process billing documents, invoices, statements of account, and other supporting docs.
• Verify billing details against POs, DRs, SOs, and delivered quantities.
