MicroSourcing is hiring a Data Processing Administrator for onsite work at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay. You will review and validate uploaded digital files and client applications, and manage approvals on a day shift.

You will work with multiple web-based platforms, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to daily and weekly client performance reporting, while benefiting from healthcare coverage and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Non-negotiable: ability to review documents and validate data for accuracy.
• Proficiency navigating multiple web-based tools and databases.
• Ability to identify and report technical issues affecting daily output.
• Experience collecting and organizing basic work metrics.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate uploaded digital files and customer applications.
• Approve, reject, or return applications using web-based client platforms.
• Escalate system issues and technical glitches according to established procedures.
• Gather and provide raw data for daily and weekly client performance reports.
• Complete additional back-office administrative tasks as assigned by the client.
