MicroSourcing is hiring a Data Entry Clerk to join onsite operations in Pasay City. You will process invoices using OCR tools, typing information accurately according to guidelines, and ensuring data integrity across multiple software systems.

The role emphasizes fast, precise data entry with quality checks and supports collaboration with the Data Entry Team Lead. Fresh graduates are welcome and on-site dayshift is expected.

Qualifications

• Familiar with OCR applications and data extraction processes.
• Call center experience is not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast and accurate data entry with measurable speed/accuracy.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• View invoice images on the imaging website and transcribe information per guidelines.
• Work on OCR-powered application workflows.
• Receive invoices, process for payment and update details.
• Enter data accurately into various software programs.
• Identify and correct data entry errors using quality controls.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by Data Entry Team Lead.
