Strong MS Office skills, detail orientation, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy are essential. Your duties include reviewing uploads, escalating issues, and contributing to data-driven reports while adapting to a fast-paced environment and collaborative team

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process applications in web-based systems for client; review and validate files to approve, reject, or return applications.
• Escalate system issues affecting productivity and quality following escalation processes.
• Assist in providing data for client reports related to the role.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the client.
