MicroSourcing is seeking a Data Processing Administrator (Project-Based) to join our team at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. This onsite, full-time role features a shifting schedule and focuses on high‑accuracy data entry as the first step in the Altus workflow.

You will process permit applications data, maintain and update complex spreadsheets for real-time tracking, update tracking models, and provide general administrative support to the planning team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Prior data entry or administrative support experience in logistics or planning.
• Interest in progression toward an entry-level planner role.
• Advanced Excel skills with data tracking models.
• Familiarity with permit application processes or regulatory workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting broader department goals.

Responsibilities
