Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS is required.
• Seminars in Customer Service and Audit/Accreditation preferred.
• At least 6 months of enrollment experience in HEI.
• Proficient with MS Office and enrollment systems.

Responsibilities

• Organizational and time management to support department goals.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations including DP Act 2012.
• Advise on best practices for protecting personal data.
• Oversee data protection processes as DPO or in a DPO role.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy laws and applicable frameworks.
