Asian Institute of Maritime Studies (AIMS) Official is seeking a qualified individual to support enrollment operations and data privacy compliance. The role emphasizes safeguarding personal data and adhering to privacy regulations within the HEI sector.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, have some relevant experience in enrollment, and be proficient with MS Office and enrollment systems.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in IT or CS).
• Attended seminars in Customer Service, Audit/Accreditation as applicable and related to the position.
• With at least six (6) months relevant work experience in enrollment in HEI.

• Organizational and time management: The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Compliance with regulations: Ensuring adherence to data protection laws and regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable privacy frameworks.
• Advising on best practices: Acting as a subject matter expert and advising the company on best practices for protecting personal data.
• Overseeing data protection: Acting as the Data Privacy Officer (DPO) and overseeing data protection processes.
• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable privacy frameworks.
