Responsabilidades

• Define and manage service delivery expectations for Opus Health programs.
• Coordinate client training on web-based products and reporting tools.
• Develop project plans with timelines, strategies, scheduling, and risk analysis.
• Coordinate and lead client and internal status meetings on a regular basis.
• Forecast program revenue and support monthly billing with finance.
