Job summary

Manulife in Manila is seeking a Business Analytics Specialist to extract insights from data, improve processes and support growth. You will automate reporting, ensure data quality, and handle ad hoc analytics to inform executive decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years in analytics or related fields, strong Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI and clear communication with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangement and global team support are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of strategy, transformation, project management or analytical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel with numerical ability and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Solid PowerPoint skills for executive-ready data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Automated reporting solutions; serve as SME for standard reports and back-up in absence of associates.
• Data quality assurance; oversee accuracy, quality and timeliness of reports before distribution.
• Handle ad hoc analytics and investigations for moderate to complex data/report requests.
• Manage report lifecycle and governance; ensure SLA standards in report inventory.
• Document enhancements and manage intake for new report requests; analyze stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate projects and governance; present updates to sponsors and leaders.
