Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience providing operations support in an analyst capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Azure Databricks, PowerBI, data modelling, and working with relational databases in enterprise cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and deliver actionable insights.
• Note: All candidates will have their communication, critical thinking, and technical skills subjected to testing during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders, senior leaders, and other data professionals to design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions.
• Lead the collection, validation and reporting of KPIs and metrics for various forums including monthly operational reporting for senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain team documentation when solutioning for data and workflow improvement projects.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to promote self-serve reporting and enable citizen developers through consultation and knowledge transfer.
• Implement automation and workflow improvement solutions via Microsoft Power Platform tools to assist in the overall team mandate of operationalizing data decision making tools via Power BI.
• Stay up-to-date with data and business analysis standard methodologies and emerging trends in data-decision-making-tool development/design.
