Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Technical Lead to join the Global Solutions team in Manila. You will collaborate with business and project teams to transform data into insights, recommend visualizations, and build a high-performing analytics team capable of delivering actionable business outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading KPI reporting, designing BI solutions, and enabling self-serve reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience providing operations support in an analyst capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Azure Databricks, Power BI, data modelling in enterprise cloud environments.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders, senior leaders, and other data professionals to design, develop and maintain BI solutions.
• Lead the collection, validation and reporting of KPIs and metrics for monthly operational reporting for senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain team documentation for data and workflow improvements.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to promote self-serve reporting and enable citizen developers through consultation and knowledge transfer.
• Implement automation and workflow improvements via Microsoft Power Platform tools to support decision-making tools via Power BI.
• Stay up-to-date with data and analytics methodologies and emerging trends in data-decision-making tool development.
