Job summary

SSG Philippines is seeking a Reports Analyst responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and presenting business data to support decision-making. You will prepare regular and ad hoc reports, maintain data accuracy, and identify trends for management and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely and reliable reporting, develop dashboards, and automate recurring reports while keeping data secure and organized.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, business analysis, operations, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, and data manipulation.
• Experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports based on business requirements.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources and systems.
• Validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before reports are released.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting templates.
• Generate ad hoc reports and data analyses requested by management and stakeholders.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes where possible.
• Maintain organized reporting files, databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate with departments to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support management in preparing presentations and business performance summaries.
• Ensure reports are delivered accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of business and employee information.
