Job summary

SSG is seeking a Reports Analyst in Metro Manila to collect, analyze, and present business data for informed decision-making. The role covers regular and ad hoc reporting, data validation, and dashboard development to support management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, data accuracy checks, and collaboration across departments to resolve discrepancies. The position emphasizes timely, secure, and insightful reporting with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, business analysis, operations, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, and data manipulation.
• Experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports based on business requirements.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources and systems.
• Validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before reports are released.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting templates.
• Generate ad hoc reports and data analyses requested by management and business stakeholders.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes where possible.
• Maintain organized reporting files, databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support management in preparing presentations and business performance summaries.
• Ensure reports are delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of business and employee information.
