Job summary
SGS in the Philippines is seeking an F&A Reporting & Business Insights Specialist to drive automated reporting and analytics for Finance Shared Services. You will craft daily, weekly and monthly dashboards covering productivity, backlog, SLA performance, aging, and workload management, leveraging Excel, Power Query, VBA, and Power BI to streamline processes.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in reporting or analytics, a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Data Analytics, and strong data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance & Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or operations analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA).
- Experience developing dashboards/reports with Power BI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review and automate reporting and monitoring processes.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards.
- Automate manual reports using Excel, Power Query, Macros/VBA and/or Power BI.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources for accuracy and reliability.
- Provide data-driven insights for performance and issues.
- Prepare executive summaries and governance report packs.
