Job summary

Tenerity in the Philippines is seeking a Reporting Analyst to manage data, ensure reporting accuracy, and support business units with tactical and strategic insights. You will collaborate with the analytics team and leaders to deliver tailored reports that drive improvements across contact center operations and client services.

The role requires evaluating data from warehouses, designing dashboards, and rolling out recurring reports using tools like AWS Quicksight, Cognos, SAS, Tableau or Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in BI and reporting.
• Experience with AWS Quicksight, Cognos, SAS or similar dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills and data retrieval from multiple databases.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into reports and dashboards.
• Excellent Excel skills and data visualization understanding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity across data warehouses and marts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs.
• Develop and roll out recurring reports using BI tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights for business goals.
