Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Data Governance Lead to establish and operate practical governance across the DNA Data and Analytics portfolio. The role ensures ownership, definitions, quality, lineage, and controls with business owners, stewards, and technology teams to support trusted decisions and regulatory readiness.

You will translate enterprise requirements into governance practices, supervise data-quality evidence, and enable a governed consumption layer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Management, Information Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Risk or related field.
• At least eight years of experience in data governance, enterprise data management, data quality, metadata, information architecture, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and operate the DNA governance roadmap, standards, decision rights, and controls across ownership, stewardship, and partners.
• Maintain definitions, metadata, and data-quality rules to keep priority data products usable and trusted.
• Lead governance forums and cross-functional groups to resolve ownership, definitions, quality, remediation, and risk decisions.
