Job summary

Globe seeks a Data Management Manager to lead enterprise data governance, standards, metadata, and data quality programs. You will manage a team of Data Management Engineers and collaborate with Business, Architecture, Solution Delivery, Engineering, and Data Owners to translate data strategy into execution.

The role focuses on governance maturity, operational excellence, and the creation of trusted, reusable data assets across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in database management, data warehousing, ETL, data visualization, and data mining.
• Minimum 3–5 years in leadership or people management.
• Experience in telco context is preferred; familiarity with telco basics is a plus.
• Graduate in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Expert knowledge in analytics, visualization, and mapping tools (Python, SAS, SQL); Alteryx experience is a plus.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide data governance initiatives.
• Experience collaborating across Business, Architecture, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and adoption of enterprise data standards, naming conventions, and data modeling.
• Oversee metadata management activities including Data Catalog, glossary, and metadata repository.
• Drive data quality initiatives and monitor governance KPIs and data quality metrics.
• Govern end-to-end data lineage, impact analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and coach the Data Management Engineering team and coordinate cross-functional work.
