Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in data governance or data management.
• Experience creating and maintaining data dictionaries or metadata repositories.
• Experience developing data governance policies and standards.
• Understanding data lifecycle management and data quality concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's data governance framework.
• Be primary accountable for data governance initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business units, data owners, data stewards, analytics teams, and data partners.
• Own enterprise data dictionary and ensure metadata consistency across systems.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
• Monitor policy compliance and drive corrective actions.
