Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines seeks an Enterprise Data Governance Lead to establish and maintain enterprise-wide data governance within the Technology & Data Services organization. You will lead standards, policies, and processes to ensure data accuracy, security, and consistency across the company.

You will own the enterprise data dictionary, enforce governance policies, and partner with business and technical stakeholders to embed data governance into IT and system development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the organization’s data governance framework within Technology & Data Services (TDS).
• Act as the primary accountability for data governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Collaborate with business units, data owners, data stewards, analytics teams, and data partners to drive consistent data practices.
