Yempo Inc is hiring a Data Processor to evaluate property leads submitted by the public. You will perform thorough background checks on each property across multiple platforms to ensure it meets internal criteria for investment.

The role requires researching listings, sales history, planning permission and occupancy status, to determine residential vs commercial use while aligning with daily targets and ISMS policies. Remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry or similar roles.
• Property background is a plus.
• Salesforce experience is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail; mistakes can impact outcomes.
• Efficient time management; capable of working independently.
• Proficient with online research tools.
• Good written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify if the property is currently listed on the market.
• Check if the property has been sold in the last 5 years.
• Investigate whether the property has planning permission.
• Assess whether the property is occupied or vacant (street view/ads).
• Cross-check to ensure the property is not already in our internal database.
• Determine whether the property is residential or commercial.
• Complete a minimum number of property checks per day per client targets.
• Comply with ISMS and information security policies.

The Role

As a Data processor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating property leads submitted by the public. Using a range of websites and online platforms, you will carry out thorough background checks on each property to ensure it meets our internal terms and conditions for potential investment.

Your Responsibilities

Using platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, HM Land Registry, Google Maps, council planning portals, and others, you will:

• Verify if the property is currently listed on the market
• Check if the property has been sold in the last 5 years
• Investigate whether the property has planning permission
• Assess whether the property is occupied or vacant (e.g., via street view, letting ads)
• Cross-check to ensure the property is not already in our internal database
• Determine whether the property is residential or commercial
• You will be expected to complete a minimum number of properties checks per day, in line with the client’s admin team's daily targets.
• Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Experience in Data entry role or similar positions
• Background in property is preferable
• Salesforce experience is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail — mistakes can result in financial loss or missed business opportunities
• Efficient work style – able to complete tasks quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Confident using a variety of online tools and websites for research
• Highly organized with the ability to follow structured guidelines
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
