Job summary

Solenne Home Corporation is seeking a Data Encoder to accurately encode and maintain warehouse delivery, billing, invoicing, and related data in our system. You will ensure documents from the Warehouse Clerk are correctly recorded and processed on time.

Responsibilities include inputting delivery data, updating invoices, preparing receipts, and coordinating with the Warehouse team to resolve discrepancies. Proficiency in MS Excel and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate or at least 2 years in college in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn company systems.
• Experience in data encoding, billing, invoicing, or warehouse/admin work is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and general database concepts.
• Must be accurate, detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Encode warehouse delivery data into the company’s system based on documents from the Warehouse Clerk.
• Input and update delivery, inventory, billing, and invoicing information.
• Prepare, organize, and issue receipts as needed.
• Prepare invoices and maintain invoicing records.
• Check encoded data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical records related to deliveries, billing, and invoices.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and other departments for missing or incomplete information.
• Assist in monitoring and updating warehouse-related records and databases.
• Use MS Office applications, especially Excel, for data entry and record management.
• Ensure documents and encoded information are properly filed and easily accessible.
• Perform other administrative and data-entry tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Complete tasks accurately and within deadlines.
