Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an MIS Analyst to deliver exceptional reporting and data-driven insights across our operations. You will own end-to-end lifecycle management of dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for decision-makers.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop new reports, automate processes with macros, and support KPI tracking across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with data analysis and large data sets.
• Experience extracting data from CMS and other reporting platforms.
• Strong data analytics and ability to create reports.
• Experience automating reports to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL; understanding call center statistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute Contact Center reporting.
• Modify and update scorecards, dashboards, and productivity reports.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Workforce, Site, and Sales leaders to adjust reporting.
• Analyze data to drive performance metrics and business decisions.
• Lead data visualization efforts to enable insight-driven decisions.
