Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Data/Report Analyst to collect, analyze, and present business data to support operational performance and strategic decisions. You will develop dashboards, generate recurring and ad hoc reports, and identify trends to improve productivity and service delivery.

The role collaborates with operations, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency, delivering actionable insights and clear executive summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, IT, CS, Business or related field.
• 2–5 years in reporting, analytics, BI or data analysis.
• Experience supporting operations in BPO, shared services, healthcare, banking or customer service.
• Experience creating dashboards and automated reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate operational, financial, and performance reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Generate daily to ad hoc reports for stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Validate data accuracy across sources.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards for decision-making.
• Present visualizations that reflect current metrics and client needs.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for executives.
• Support forecasting and trend analysis.
• Document reporting processes and maintain SOPs.
