Job summary

Klaiya in Manila is seeking a driven digital marketing professional to plan, execute and optimize influencer campaigns across platforms, including TikTok Ads, Google Ads and Meta. Fresh grads welcome; 2–4 years experience ideal.

You will analyze data, run experiments, and report ROI while collaborating with creators and cross‑functional teams to boost leads and brand awareness in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience; fresh grads are welcome.
• Proficiency with ad platforms (TikTok Ads preferred), marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, and CRM/Email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical, project management, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing programs across channels.
• Manage ad campaigns on TikTok, Google Ads, and Meta to maximize ROI.
• Analyze data, run A/B tests, and report on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with creators, media teams, and stakeholders to drive growth.
• Conduct market research on audience segments and trends.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement campaigns.
