Job summary

Satellite Office in Metro Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Demand Planner to join its Demand Planning team. You will forecast across channels using historical data, statistical models and planning systems to generate baseline forecasts, measure performance and provide insights that support business decisions.

Working with the Senior Demand Planning Manager and cross-functional teams, you will ensure data accuracy, deliver timely reports, and keep forecasting processes efficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain analytics.
• Hands-on experience generating or maintaining statistical forecasts.
• Understanding of time-series forecasting methods and forecast accuracy metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, Power Query).
• Experience with planning systems and data management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand planning data by extracting, cleansing and validating historical sales data and POS information.
• Generate baseline forecasts using historical demand patterns and forecasting models.
• Review sales history to identify outliers and events affecting forecast accuracy.
• Maintain planning master data including product hierarchies and channel mappings.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, MAPE and forecast bias and suggest improvements.
• Prepare and maintain demand review reports and dashboards.
• Publish forecasts to supply planning and finance systems on schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and resolve issues.
