Copeland Philippines, Inc is seeking a Forecasting & Demand Planning Analyst to provide analytical and data support for monthly planning cycles across exports and regional teams. You will work on orders, backlogs, forecast accuracy and beijer group data to inform strategic marketing decisions.

You will perform data gathering, manipulation and reporting, participate in forecast reviews, and help production planning with insights drawn from diverse datasets.

Competenze

• At least two years in supply chain, engineering or manufacturing roles.
• 18–24 months handling Copeland products experience preferred.
• 2 years in product analysis and planning systems in industrial settings.
• Offshore service operations background is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic SQL.

• Analytics: data preparation, analysis, reporting and presentation.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and automate gathering.
• Clean/format data; create charts and summaries for decision support.
• Present forecasts and gaps to stakeholders and secure buy‑in.
• Attend regional forecast reviews and discuss trends per product family.
