Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join the SRGM & Commercial Operations team in Manila. You will own end-to-end forecasting across channels, integrating sales, promotions, seasonal trends, and new product launches to deliver reliable demand plans.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category, SRGM, Finance, Supply and Logistics to translate commercial activity into demand signals and drive supply readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven FMCG demand planning experience.
• Strong forecasting accuracy and bias analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand forecasting across assigned channels.
• Develop forecasts for baseline, promotional, seasonal, and new product volumes.
• Conduct regular channel reviews assessing forecast performance, risks and opportunities.
• Use Blueshift and historical sales data to improve forecast accuracy.
• Incorporate seasonal trends and lifecycle changes into forecasts.
• Translate promotional calendars into demand assumptions with Sales/Marketing/SRGM.
• Lead seasonal planning and align forecasts with supply readiness.
• Reconcile customer commitments with demand plans for reliable supply.
• Provide forecast accuracy/bias analysis and corrective actions.
• Leverage market insights and POS data to strengthen assumptions.
• Contribute demand inputs to weekly S&OE forums.
• Explain forecast changes to stakeholders clearly.
