Job summary

Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services Inc. seeks a Demand Planning Supervisor to support forecast development, analysis, and updating using historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and commercial inputs.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on assumptions, validate projections, and address forecast variances while ensuring data integrity in planning systems and driving improvements in tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in demand or supply planning (FMCG/manufacturing preferred).
• Familiarity with demand planning systems.

Demand Planning Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Demand Planning Supervisor is responsible for supporting the demand forecasting and planning process to ensure accurate and timely forecasts. The role involves analyzing historical sales data, collaborating closely with commercial teams, and continuously improving forecast accuracy to support business and supply chain objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Supports the development, analysis, and regular updating of demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, promotional activities, and commercial inputs.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align on assumptions, validate projections, and reconcile forecast variances.

Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions to improve planning outcomes.

Prepare comprehensive demand planning reports, dashboards, and insights to support S&OP discussions and executive decision-making.

Ensure data integrity within demand planning systems and drive enhancements to forecasting tools, processes, and methodologies.

Support business growth initiatives by providing scenario planning and demand simulations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in demand or supply planning (FMCG/manufacturing preferred)

• Willingness to be based in Ortigas and/or Novaliches
